Real Experiences from Our Dementia Care Home
We are proud of our highly rated reputation and are committed to providing the best care to all our residence and their families.
Welcome to Upper Mead, our warm and welcoming home-from-home in the historic village of Henfield. Set in a quiet spot at the heart of the community, we’re known for exceptional care and a team that always goes the extra mile to help residents live life to the fullest.
I joined the care profession while raising my children and found my calling in dementia care here in 1996. After years of supporting others and leading our dementia unit, I became home manager in 2013. With over 25 years at Upper Mead, a Level 5 Diploma, and two outstanding awards, I’m proud to lead a team that truly cares.
Together, we support our residents with the same kindness and dedication we’d give our own families.
