As the sunshine returned and the days grew longer, June brought energy, reflection, and joy to Upper Mead Care Home. From lively music sessions to games, the past two months have been full of meaningful moments for our residents and team.
Friday Fun and Floor Games
We kicked off many of our Fridays with cheerful morning activities designed to boost mood and bring everyone together. Residents enjoyed playing interactive floor games that sparked plenty of laughter and friendly competition. Music filled the room as we danced, clapped, and sang along to some of our favourite tunes, there’s no better way to welcome the weekend than with good company and movement.
